Our story

Care that starts in the community

Mental health is health. We bring support out of clinics and into the places where people live, learn and work, so help is close, familiar and free of stigma.

Where there is need, we are present

Counsellors, community health workers and volunteers meet people where they are, listen without judgement and connect them to the right care.
